Challenge

Several challenges presented themselves pretty obviously when the client came to us; the website was overloaded with information on each service, burying the main value propositions.

Navigation through the website was long and extensive, confusing customers from understanding the core value of their services. Issues ranged from having blank pages,  repeated information, and unclear differentiation between products and services. 

Consequently, this hindered any marketing efforts towards increasing traffic, retention, and leads.

Approach

Our main strategy of attack was to conduct a complete website revamp, while overhauling their information infrastructure. After that, the website needed a reimagined design that focuses on user experience, product, and custom visual assets. 

The main strategy was to establish the main value propositions of the company within a simple, easy-to-scroll, mobile-friendly layout to improve the user’s experience.

We forged a new site map based on the main services that the client wanted to focus on – this gave us a high overview of how we’re going to design the user experience, while crafting clear, yet simple messaging and imagery. 

The goal behind the messaging was needing to simplify the value of these offerings in a simple and efficient manner. After completing the website’s facelift.  

To increase conversion rate and engagement, we introduced a contact form featuring additional details about the revised layout and content. Fundamental design styles and graphics were necessary, with benefits listed with matching icons.
