  • Invoices: All invoices are payable upon receipt. Please note that the advertisement budget is separate from the service fees and will be determined based on your specific monthly budget.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex through our secure invoicing system.
  • Non-Accepted Payment Methods: We do not accept payment via phone, email, checks, wire transfers, or money orders.

3. Fulfillment Policies

  1. Refund Policy
    Due to the nature of the services we provide, SLIQ By Design does not issue payment refunds under any circumstances. Our services are not eligible for refunds once the work has commenced or been delivered.
  2. Return Policy and Process
    As our services are digital and intangible, returns are not applicable. If you have concerns regarding the quality of the services provided, please contact us within 30 days of service delivery. We are dedicated to working with you to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction with the final outcome.
  3. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation by Client: 
  • In the event of cancellation of the agreement by the Client prior to its expiration or termination date, the Client shall be liable to pay a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total remaining fees for the remainder of the term. The canceling party must provide written notice of cancellation to the other party at least 30 days prior to the intended cancellation date. The cancellation fee is due within 10 days of the effective date of cancellation.
  • Termination by Sliq By Design: 
  • SLIQ By Design reserves the right to terminate the agreement without prior notice if the client commits any fraudulent, illegal, or dishonest acts affecting our business, or violates any applicable laws or regulations. No refunds will be issued in this case, and the client forfeits any commissions due as of the termination date.

Changes to Privacy Policy

SLIQ By Design reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Privacy Policy under which www.sliqbydesign.com is offered. The most current version of the Privacy Policy will supersede all previous versions. SLIQ By Design encourages you to periodically review the Privacy Policy to stay informed of our updates.
