We share personal information with a small number of processors, and only to the extent they need it to operate this website. We do not sell personal information.

• Vercel Inc.: hosting and content delivery for this website, and storage for the media shown on it. Vercel processes the technical request data that any web host receives, such as IP address, user agent and requested URL.
• Supabase: the database that stores contact form submissions. If you send us a form, the details you enter are stored there.
• Our email delivery provider: used to notify our team about your enquiry and to send you an acknowledgement. Your name, email address and message are included in that email.
• A customer relationship management (CRM) system, where one is connected: used to follow up on enquiries. Where this handoff is enabled, the contents of your form submission are passed to it.

Only if you accept the matching category in our cookie notice, this website also loads the following third-party tools. Until you make a choice, none of them load.

• Google Analytics (Google LLC): Performance cookies. Measures how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and time on page, so we can improve it.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): Performance cookies. Records how visitors interact with pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, so we can see where the site is hard to use. By default Clarity masks what you type into form fields.
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.): Marketing cookies. Tells us whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and enquiries, and lets us show our ads to people who have visited this site.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.

If you tick the optional text message box on our contact form, we may text the phone number you provided about your enquiry, project updates and occasional marketing offers. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help, and we honour opt-outs promptly. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service.

Your mobile number and your text message opt-in data and consent are used only to send those messages. We do not share or sell them to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

Strictly necessary cookies are always on: they serve pages, remember your cookie choice, and keep an administrator signed in to our content management system. They carry no advertising identifiers.

Performance cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) and Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel) are set only after you accept them in our cookie notice. See Service Providers We Use above for what each one does. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

If you accept Marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel lets Meta use your visit to show you our ads elsewhere, which California law may treat as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. Until you accept, it does not load, and you can opt out at any time by turning Marketing cookies off in Cookie settings in the footer, or by contacting us.
• Right to non-discrimination: we will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service because you exercised any of these rights.

The personal information we collect is limited to what you type into our contact form (name, email address, phone number, business name, website, and the details of your enquiry) plus the technical request data our host records. We collect it to respond to your enquiry and to run this website, and we keep it only as long as we need it for those purposes.
