A Bilingual, Cinematic Homepage for a Private Aviation Advisory, Built in a Day
A pilot-led private jet advisory selling to buyers in the US and the Gulf needed a homepage that earns trust from people about to spend millions. In under a day we built a cinematic English and Arabic homepage with a landing-jet hero film and a private request card that asks three questions before anyone reaches the founder.

Introduction
A boutique private aviation advisory helps buyers choose, buy, run and eventually sell business jets and turboprops. Its clients are family offices, company owners and private buyers in the United States and the Gulf: people about to commit millions, who walk away the moment something does not add up.
The firm had no website and a clear brief: look like a small big company, put the founder’s flying credentials front and centre, and make sure every enquiry arrives with the context he needs. We designed and built a cinematic, bilingual homepage in under a day, in English and Arabic, ready for client review.
02
About the client
The firm is led by a working airline transport pilot and FAA examiner who spent decades in the cockpit and ran an aircraft maintenance and avionics retrofit shop before moving into acquisitions. It works one to one, is paid only by the buyer and never by the seller, and stays involved after the sale: management, crew, hangar and, eventually, the exit. Its markets are the United States and the GCC, with a partner broker network across several US states.
03
The challenge
- A brand-new firm with no website, selling a high-trust service to buyers who are wary by default.
- A message that is easy to get wrong: this is an advisor, not a marketplace or a listing site, and the sticker price is the smallest number in the decision.
- Two audiences and two languages: US owners and Gulf buyers, for whom Arabic is a trust signal, so the site had to be right-to-left ready from day one.
- A founder whose time is the product, so enquiries had to arrive with the right context.
- A premium, cinematic feel without making phone visitors download a heavy video.
04
Project objectives
- Explain the whole service, from acquisition to exit, on one page.
- Prove expertise through the founder’s flying career, not stock claims.
- Ask every enquiry about need, aircraft and timeline before it is sent.
- Ship English and Arabic together, with a fully mirrored layout.
- Keep the page fast and accessible on every device.
05
Phase 1: positioning and structure
We started from the discovery meeting, our own market and competitor research and the wireframe, and turned them into one story told in order: why the sticker price misleads, what the firm does, how an engagement runs and who is behind it.
- A hero line that sets the tone: advice from the flight deck, not the sales floor.
- A statement band built on the founder’s own rule: mission profile, true annual cost and exit strategy, decided before any aircraft is on the table.
- Six services in an interactive ledger, each opening its own step-by-step engagement.
- A nine-step journey from paid consultation to resale, and a founder section that reads like a pilot’s logbook.
- A plain-English FAQ covering how the firm is paid, who pays it, how fast a deal can close and how Gulf owners can register an aircraft in the US.
06
Phase 2: a cinematic hero and flight-deck details
The homepage opens like an arrival: a jet lands on film, then hands over to a seamless 12-second loop while the headline and navigation fade in.
- Arrival clip and loop graded together so the hand-off is invisible, with a timed reveal and a safety release if autoplay is blocked.
- A 4K version for large and high-density screens and a 1080p version for everything else, chosen without slowing the page down.
- Phones skip the video entirely and load a 98 KB still with a darker veil so the headline stays readable.
- Aviation details throughout: a scroll gauge that climbs through flight levels as you read, and a flight path that draws itself across the process steps.
07
Phase 3: private requests and an Arabic version
Instead of a generic contact form, the homepage carries a private request card that asks three quick questions before it lets anyone send.
- Visitors choose what they need, their aircraft category and their timeline, then leave a name and a phone number or email.
- An option to enquire on behalf of a principal, because many buyers act through a family office or an assistant.
- A closing call to action that starts with a private conversation, not a price list.
- A complete Arabic version with a mirrored right-to-left layout, Arabic typography and a working request card.
08
Results
- A finished, bilingual homepage built in under a day, from an empty project to a reviewable page.
- English and Arabic shipped together, with a fully mirrored right-to-left layout.
- Lighthouse scores of 100 for accessibility, best practices and SEO in pre-launch testing.
- Every enquiry arrives with the visitor’s need, aircraft category and timeline.
- A cinematic 4K hero on large screens and a 98 KB still on phones, so mobile visitors never wait on video.
- Unique titles, canonical tags, hreflang for both languages, structured data, a sitemap and a robots file from the start.
09
Timeline
- Discovery: client meeting, market and competitor research, wireframe.
- Day 1: project created, homepage built and tested in English and Arabic.
- Day 2: hero film upscaled to 4K, lighting graded, final checks passed.
- Next: client review, inner pages and launch.
